Wills & Trust Client Sales Consultant
The Wills & Trusts department is an Arizona Supreme Court certified document preparation entity and has provided legal document preparation services in the Valley for over 10 years.
Who You Are:
You thrive in an environment where you are out meeting new members and non-members to assess their needs with respect to estate planning, with a goal of protecting their estates for their beneficiaries. In addition to being a natural communicator you are detail orientated and know how to collect and analyze information about customers’ assets, and estate planning goals and educate them regarding how legal documents may help meet those needs.
While you will not provide legal advice, you will perform a needs-based assessment and provide education to members (and non-members), about documents available to facilitate their estate planning goals (e.g., revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare and/or medical directives, and related documents). Compliance and adherence is important to you when it comes to taking care of internal and business partner policies and regulations with all governing oversight authorities ( i.e. Arizona Code of Judicial Administration, Part 7: Administrative Office of the Courts, Chapter 2: Certification and Licensing Programs, Section 7-208: Legal Document Preparer and Section 7-201).
A typical day might include the following:
Financial Consulting – Partnering with members to independently identify their estate planning goals in order to provide education on how documents may meet those goals.
Sales Excellence – Demonstrating excellence through the regular and consistent achievement of established goals with emphasis on client education and exceptional service delivery.
Service Delivery Excellence – Delivering exceptional service experiences through client and internal customer interactions that are in the best interest of the client/customer. Providing education in such a way that members may make an informed decision about their estate planning needs. Delivering effective education to branch employees to promote high quality client referrals.
Ensure High Quality – Ensuring member intake as well as subsequent member interactions are thorough, accurate and complete to facilitate efficient processing and exceptional experiences. This requires effective listening, questioning and communication skills with members and support team alike. Maintaining up to date records and notations in designated Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
Continuing Education – Acting as ‘trainee’ under the judicial code to work toward obtaining LDP certification. Once CLDP obtained, comply and stay up to date with all Arizona CLDP regulations including ensuring completion of applicable Continuing Education (CE) hours each year.
