As a Training Specialist, a typical week might include the following:
Program delivery. Through the facilitation of new team member and ongoing training, you will help provide our most valuable asset (our people) with the roadmap to success. You will use your well-honed communication skills to present messages with impact, adjusting content and delivery as appropriate, encourage dialogue while demonstrating active listening.
Partner & influencer. As a Big Thinker, you’ll be collaborating with Learning and Development, lines of business partners and other leaders to ensure learning solutions directly support and enable strategic objectives, thus driving employee performance.
Researching & evaluation. Drawing on the power of data, you’ll complete pre- and post-training analysis of course content to identify effectiveness of training (including practices, assessments, activities) in supporting learning transfer, providing feedback to the team. Your passion to help others achieve their full potential will drive recommendations to innovate and continually increase the impact of learning solutions including delivery approach, learning content, conceptual frameworks, courses and other training options.
This role might be right for you if you have:
High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
5 years of classroom facilitation experience.
5 years of Contact Center or Financial Institution facilitation experience.
Bonus points if you have:
Financial Institution Contact Center experience.
Certified Trainer, Adult Learning Theory, CPLP/APTD, PHR Certification(s).
