Total Rewards Specialist
The Total Rewards Specialist supports the Benefits and HRIS program managers in the day-to-day administration of total rewards programs.

You’ve also been honing your expertise in Total Rewards by supporting and administering various compensation, benefits and recognition programs, while ensuring compliance with company and legal policies and procedures.

As a Total Rewards Specialist, a typical week might include the following:
Employee Benefits. You’ll partner with the Employee Benefits Program Manager to ensure smooth and streamlined implementation of programs, while coordinating and administering employee benefits, such as health and welfare plans, leave management, and rewards and recognition programs. Assist with benefit vendor management, and establish processes and procedures with the vendors to ensure validated, efficient program management and compliance.
HRIS and Compensation. Supporting the HRIS and Compensation Program Manager, you’ll play an integral part in the day-to-day administration of HRIS and compensation programs (e.g., policy/procedure changes, salary structure adjustments). You’ll use your outstanding process orientation in configuration and maintenance of templates on our systems, including process workflows, pay grades, job codes, as well as end-user system testing and report generation.
Researching and Evaluation. Since you are a person who stays ahead of the curve, you’ll continue to read the latest and greatest in relevant data (and likely have Bersin by Deloitte bookmarked on your computer.) You’ll be charged with researching and monitoring competitiveness of current benefit and compensation programs and legislative requirements, recommending changes as appropriate.
The role might be right for you if you have:
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in compensation and/or benefits
3 Years Human Resources experience
2 Years of experience coordinating and administering benefit and/or compensation programs.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience working with UltiPro
Previous experience performing job evaluations, managing merit increase cycles, and retirement plan administration.
