Total Rewards Coordinator
Who you are…
The Total Rewards Coordinator is responsible for supporting various functions within the department, including but not limited to HRIS and Benefits administration. S/he will support HRIS and the Benefits team with accurate and timely data entry, reporting and troubleshooting. Along with monthly reporting responsibilities the Total Rewards Coordinator will also participate in other special projects.
A typical week might include the following...
Provide administrative support for the Total Rewards Department including HRIS data entry and troubleshooting and coordination of Total Rewards programs.
Conduct periodic audits of HRIS and Benefits process and procedure to ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures and recommend changes as needed.
Support Senior HRIS Analyst by compiling and preparing data for statistical reporting such as turnover, recruit metrics, and monthly board reporting.
Support Benefits initiatives through coordination, validation, and documentation of the Leave Program, Recognition Program and other programs as needed.
Back up to the HRIS and Benefit job functions.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
This role might be for you if you have...
High School Diploma or GED
1 years’ experience in HR demonstrating knowledge of HR practices, principles, and procedures based on working closely with colleagues across the HR functions and lines of business
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated analytical proficiency
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
