Here’s a taste of how you’ll make your mark with us.
A typical week might include the following:
Project Management – Lead talent management projects and initiatives from planning to delivery, to include developing project plans, setting objectives and timelines, tracking owners and benchmarks, identifying project risks, and crafting mitigation plans. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine programs’ effectiveness. Develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
Development and Design – Apply talent management expertise to create and build a portfolio that encompasses all the programs and initiatives. Develop the infrastructure to govern this portfolio. Create a process to intake new work into the portfolio and facilitate prioritization, strategic alignment, resourcing, and decision-making.
Change Agent – Act as a change agent and effectively utilize change management methodologies when deploying solutions and processes. Partner with Learning and Development to develop tools and resources for employees and leaders. Collaborate with Internal Communications to develop engaging and high impact communications.

This role might be right for you if you have:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
3 Years HR or Talent Development project/program management experience.
