The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational security and functional requirements.

What you’ll do here:

3rd Party Application support and maintenance.

Windows Server support, upgrades, and maintenance.

Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, and SharePoint Administration.

Troubleshoot ticket remediation and responding to system failures.

Create system related documentation and procedures.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


What you’ll need:

High School Diploma or GED.

3 years of experience in Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, Server Administrator role.

Experience in Network Administrator role preferred.

Knowledge of Windows server, user administration, configuration, and patching.

Experience performing system upgrades and applying software and operating system patches.

Experience with Active Directory administration including GPO, DNS, DHCP, and NTFS.

Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, MCTS, Cisco CCNA, A , Security , or Network certifications preferred.

Experience with Windows server administration and upgrades.

Ability to understand and support complex NTFS file structures.

Client/Server troubleshooting including desktop PCs, web servers, and database servers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
