A typical day might include the following...
Process subpoena requests and deceased accounts, researching and pulling documents to support request within regulatory guidelines.
Answer calls from members, internal partners, and assist with needs.
Respond to calls and emails from members, external clients, and internal partners regarding documentation and other requests.
Maintain and process transactions relating to deceased and trust accounts and invoice payments.
Track and report the progress of all daily work.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
This role might be for you if you have...
1 year of Financial Institution Experience.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Must be able to maneuver within multiple operations systems simultaneously.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Bonus points if you have...
Subpoena and/or account research experience.
Experience providing telephone support to branches, departments, and other financial institutions and processing partners/vendors.
