Sr. Product Manager
You have a positive attitude and creativity to generate new insight and ideas in an environment of constant change. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will oversee a large portfolio of products and long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, and launch of products and product enhancements. Using insights from the industry, competitors, and members, you’ll create strategic product roadmaps and develop new products and product enhancements that enrich the member experience throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Work with lines of business to develop strategies for new products and product enhancements by discovering opportunities to create member value, validating market fit, creating product roadmaps and strategies, creating business cases, requirements, and plans to hand off to development teams.
Work with lines of business to execute the development and launch of new products and product enhancements.
Examine product performance based on internal and external insights, including internal data, competitive analysis, win-loss analysis, and direct member feedback to discover opportunities for product enhancements, new products, or product retirement.
Partner with Information Technology to identify and resolve product-related defects, conducting new product testing related to system releases or product changes.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
5 years of Product Management experience managing a portfolio with multiple products.
Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Direct experience leading change initiatives.
Demonstrated success at developing and executing product development and enhancement strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Marketing.
Masters in business or related field.
Financial Services Industry Experience.
