Who you are...

You're an analytical problem solver with a drive for results. As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you'll manage the full life cycle and administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) program. As a Sr HRIS Analyst, you’ll provide functional, administrative, technical, and end-user support for UltiPro’s suite of modules, and directly support the Sr. HRIS Architect with the design, testing, and implementation of the HR CORE system and modules.

A typical week might include the following...

Oversee, build, and maintain optimal function of the HR CORE and subsequent systems related to their configuration, automated processes, workflows, and data feed. Build, maintain, and audit user permissions, access, personalization, and system settings to support and govern ESS/MSS capabilities derived from process documentation and mapping from HRIS Architect. Including customization, development, and maintenance.  

Serve as the primary contact for internal users to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance. Research and resolve system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; and recommending solutions of alternate methods.

Partner and support HRIS Architect with cross-functional work alongside HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders focused on system design, implementation, testing, and enhancements. 

Partner with HRIS Architect with the development and deployment of standard reporting capabilities for internal customer needs. Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to support the development of key business analytics to support business and talent strategies. Help maintain data integrity by performing research and compliance-related analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Partner closely with HRIS Architect to coordinate with internal (HR) and external (Operation) systems/stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and proper communication of talent-related data in-and-out of the HR CORE system through regular audits. Collaborate with HRIS Architect and stakeholders to ensure talent-related data is being properly compiled into BI system (Cognos) to enhance reporting and workforce planning capabilities.

Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Partners closely with L&D to build and deploy new user and existing user training based on job level, access, permissions, and responsibilities. 

Maintain awareness of current trends with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques. Through classes, reading, or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences.

This role might be for you if you have...

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

5 years of Functional HRIS experience, utilizing cloud-based solutions. 

Broad knowledge of human resources practices, data reporting and analytics, and project management.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

Bonus points if you have...

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.

UltiPro system administration.

PHR or SPHR certification.
