Senior Product Manager - Lending

Our Senior Product Manager will oversee a large portfolio of products including consumer lending and mortgage. As the Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for the long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, and launch of products and product enhancements that provide exceptional experiences to members and create member value. Using insights from the industry, competitors and members, the Senior Product Manager creates strategic product roadmaps and develops new products that enhance the member experience throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our Senior Product Manager will work across the entire business to successfully implement new products and product enhancements and you should have demonstrated success managing multiple products, preferably in financial services.

What you will do here:

You  will work with lines of business to develop strategies for new products and product enhancements by discovering opportunities to create member value, validating market fit, creating product roadmaps and strategy, creating business cases and requirements

Will be responsible for a large portfolio of products, examines product performance based on internal and external insights ,including internal data, competitive analysis, win-loss analysis, and direct member feedback to discover opportunities for product enhancements, new products, or product retirement

Become a collaborative partner with Information Technology in the identification and resolution of product related defects, conducting new product testing related to system releases or product changes

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required

You posses 5 years of Product Management experience required

You bring 2 years of Financial Services Industry experience, particularly with Lending products  (highly preferred)

You have a solid background  using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

You bring knowledge with you of financial products and services  

Direct experience leading change initiatives in a large organization  

Ability to develop and execute product development and enhancement strategies  

Bring along a  positive attitude and creativity to generate new insight and ideas in an environment of constant change  

You have keen problem-solving abilities 

You create/maintain strong relationship with peers and others to achieve objectives

You  have the capacity to present complex or controversial topics to individuals and groups of all sizes, as well as the ability to influence all levels of management

Ability to build a plan to achieve determined end results

Bonus points if you have:

Master's Degree in business or related field 

KeyStone, OnBase and Jira experience 

Pragmatic Marketing Certification 

AIPMM Product Manager Certification
