Senior Learning Consultant of Design and Delivery
Who you are:
As the Senior Learning Consultant of Design and Delivery you find purpose in designing, editing, implementing, and delivering curricula to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and promotion of key messages for the Credit Union. You like to dig in and understand your audience by conducting needs analysis, researching materials to meet learning needs, selecting new content modality, and modifying existing curriculum to ensure effectiveness. Metrics and analytics are your jam and you love being able to build data points that show the degree of success you and your team are having. As a senior member of the team you will be looked at as a role model and provide guidance through sharing advanced knowledge of adult learning theory, practices, and technology.
What you will do:
Consult with lines of business leadership to assess learning needs, build curricula that aligns with the organizational goals, and assists with encouraging a learning culture. Consult and manage projects to develop full scale plans, track deliverables, implement and lead changes to achieve project output, and evaluate results.
Design new courses, in-classroom, virtual, and eLearning, and the hard copy or electronic materials (facilitator guides, participant workbooks, exams, etc.) to meet organizational performance needs and to promote learning transfer.
Deliver content by leveraging effective both soft and technical facilitation techniques to meet desired outcomes when facilitating either continuous learning workshops or instructor-led sessions.
Evaluate the success of learning programs, processes, and testing over time utilizing the Kirkpatrick levels of measurement. Practice continuous learning by staying on top of industry trends to increase effectiveness and provide recommendations for change.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and lines of business leadership to identify design and delivery modalities suited to drive employee performance. Ensure the implementation of effective learning programs to promote the culture, exemplify the core values and get results.
Maintain an enterprise-wide learning management system and refine internal department processes, as needed.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Human Resources.
8 Years of Instructional Design experience with in depth knowledge of delivery/facilitation, learning management systems, and experience working with/applying adult learning principles.
8 years developing and crafting programs using authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate, etc.
8 years in adult-learning practices, program management, curriculum development, measurement, and evaluation.
8 years of corporate classroom facilitation experience.
Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Human Resources.
Instructional Design Certification.
Training Specialist Certification.
