Senior Demand Generation Manager
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for leading a team that ensures measurable, positive impact on engagement, new members, and financial performance. Working cross functionally, they are responsible for crafting engagement strategies that utilize that accelerate acquisition, increase revenue, and convert prospects into members through a variety of digital and automated channels.
? Demand Generation Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead the demand generation team, ensuring work quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.
? Campaign/Program Strategy: Develops campaign and program strategies based on persona and customer journey that drive increased leads into the funnel as well as increased funnel velocity, leading to more closed business.
? Program and Journey Optimization: Examines existing customer journey and campaigns programs, looking for places to optimize. Puts together plans and strategies for optimization.
? Line of Business Alignment: Works with leaders across the organization to ensure that program and campaign strategy are aligned with business and organizational goals.

? Years of related experience required: 5 years of experience developing and managing omni-channel campaigns/programs designed to drive business and revenue.
? 3 Experience directly or indirectly managing marketing staff.
Skills and/or Knowledge:
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
? Advanced ability to ideate marketing initiatives that will be successful, taking the seed of an idea and making it a reality.
? Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
? Able to inspire and jump in and do it yourself- not afraid to get your hands dirty!
? Advanced ability to influence others, especially those outside of their own team.
? Exceptional problem solving skills.
? Able to analyze data in order to make effective business decisions.
? Advanced content marketing knowledge
? Working Knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms and Best Practices.
? Advanced knowledge of google analytics or other analytics platforms.
