Who you are:

You care about the safety and security of the people you provide support to. You enjoy spending your days working to ensure the accurate management of security systems and security guards in addition to managing/prioritizing emergency notifications, and liaison with law enforcement and other outside entities.

A typical week might include the following:

Coordinating, managing, training, auditing and servicing systems to include, but not limited to: video system, visitor registration, alarm, access/badging, patrol route monitoring. Leverage systems to meet expectations of department processes/procedures.

Managing all vendor security guard services including acting as the liaison / of the vendor company. Developing and implements guard policies and procedures. Directly supervising vendor guards to including training, staffing decisions and managing job performance either directly or through guard vendor management.

Managing, auditing, examining and resolving all matters relating to company security including, but not limited to; alarm systems, facility access, badging, security videos, emergency systems, door codes, all-clear signals, open-close procedures and testing of all processes.

Working at the Papago Security Desk as assigned to assist with visitor check ins and directing employee and visitor traffic.

Responding to all incidents related to security, facility concerns, and assistance with outside entities such as law enforcement.

Performing clerical functions including, but not limited to: maintaining and updating department lists, documents, communications, tracking reports, records, handouts etc. Responding to all Corporate Security Department correspondence within service level agreements.

Serving as backup responder/on scene manager for START Team incidents such as robberies, physically threatening situations, assistance with criminal matters, etc. Serving as the primary video investigator for the START Team and Corporate Security Department, Maintaining records of all relevant Security functions; guard patrols, security incidents, audit findings, START Team investigations etc.

Assisting Safety and Building Operations with safety drills such as fire alarm evacuation drills.

Performing other job-related duties as assigned

This role might be for you if you have:

High School Diploma or GED

5 years’ experience with managing a team of security guards, video system software/hardware, access control systems/hardware, and security background.

Familiarity with systems: Velocity, Entre, March, Easy Lobby, SilverTrack, Corrigo, Microsoft Office, Emergency Alert System, Asure ID
