Job Description

The SalesForce Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with the migration and adoption of SalesForce throughout the organization. They will collaborate with system stakeholders and end-users to understand business needs and implement system enhancements. The SalesForce Business Analyst will assist with communicating project plans and act as a liaison between end-users and technical partners.

What you will do here:

Collaborate with end users, product owners and clients to evaluate requests and solve business challenges as well as identify additional opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes or expand the service offering through the use of technology. Consult with SalesForce users and stake holders to understand and document the needs of the business, in order to identify system enhancements that can be used to drive development and integrations. Evaluate the system’s capability to meet needs of the business; Identify modifications needed in existing reports, data integrations or active projects to meet changing user requirements. Clearly capture and communicate system changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify potential impacts to requested changes.

Effectively formulate and communicate the business vision for projects. Map out the project requirements, KPIs, goals, and the work necessary to achieve project goals. Translate initial high-level request into realistic deliverables, including technical details to remove ambiguity for the Business Intelligence team including reporting and integration needs.

Act as the point of contact for all escalated SalesForce issues and questions. Manage and facilitate interactions needed for troubleshooting and testing. Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units, clients and technology partners to assist in addressing and resolving issues. Ensure all required information is updated and shared via support queue to maintain a record for all work efforts.

Leverage Financial Services and Information Technology concepts, best practices, and procedures when developing solutions. Develop and implement information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. As needed, train on system processes, and any changes that have been implemented. Coach and mentor stake holders and business partners where improvements are needed.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What you will need:

Highschool diploma or GED required.

3 years experience in business analysis with CRM end-to-end implementations (SalesForce preferred) required.

Experience with the Agile methodology preferred.

SalesForce Certified Administrator preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills required.

Familiar with process flow tools required.

Demonstrated knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suite required.

Demonstrated ability to work in an organized manner required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Demonstrated ability to gain understanding of others’ needs and provide effective solutions required.
