Sales Support Representative

The Sales Support Representative is an important part of the Sales Team, supporting SwitchThink's strategic focus of delivering an exceptional IT experience for their clients, so they may in turn deliver exceptional experiences to their members. The Sales Support Representative is responsible for demonstrating and promoting SwitchThink products and services to current and prospective clients to increase sales and business exposure. Researches, prepares, and presents documentation with product information and promotional materials for the sales team.
What you will do here:
Visits clients to conduct product demonstrations and capture business requirements.
Develops, presents, and responds to client proposals that address service/product requirements and propose industry-specific solutions.
Partners with the Sales Team to develop methods, plans, presentations, and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
Creates and delivers technical presentations that showcase products or services to current and prospective customers.
Conducts client discovery and prepares service proposals that meet the client's needs.
Prepares documentation and agreements that support the closing of the sale.
Stays informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and new technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
Assists in writing technical documentation and case studies for products and services.
Track all sales activities in Salesforce.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration, marketing or communication required.
1 Years of financial industry experience required.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote required.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and encouraging collaboration within the team and across IT required.
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills appropriate to all levels of the organization required.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize to effectively meet deadlines/goals required.
Strong desire and ability to provide exceptional customer service required.
Ambitious, positive, and professional attitude required.
Proactive approach to problem solving and anticipating client needs required.
