Job Description

The Purchasing Associate will support the daily function of the Procurement and Facilities departments ensuring tasks are processed effectively and on time. The Purchasing Associate will interact and negotiate with vendors while displaying strong knowledge in the practices of office equipment, supply ordering and delivery, day-to-day operations, phone support, mail room support, and food services support.

What you will do here:

Purchasing: Maintain vendor relations and negotiate pricing for Credit Union supplies, ensure delivery of food services tasks, complete purchasing orders, maintain invoicing, and manage warehouse inventory.

Mailroom Support: Provide support to for all incoming copy requests, take incoming phone calls to the department for requests, assist with shipping and receiving. Some driving to branch locations for the retrieval of packages as required.

Forklift Operation: Certification to operate a forklift as operation of a forklift will be required as needed. 

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you will need:

H.S. Diploma or GED required. 

1 years of Warehouse, Inventory, and/or Purchasing experience preferred. 

AZDL  - Driver License - Valid And In State  

Forklift Certification preferred.
