Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager/Product Growth Manager is responsible for the success of newly launched financial products and key existing product lines. They articulate to internal teams how our product features and benefits deliver value and create exceptional experiences for members. They lead go-to-market activities, working cross functionally with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing, communication, training, and sales plans. They advocate for the buyer experience and drive product adoption to meet revenue and growth goals.

What you will do here

Gain insight into buyers and their perception of the buying process using product management methods.

Evaluate data related to our value proposition, market conditions, buyer/user feedback, and existing products and work with internal marketing/sales teams to facilitate product growth.

Craft product launch plans and be a resource for the creation and execution of related marketing, communication, training and sales plans.

Participate in team projects that deliver new products and features to members.

Generate product roadmaps that are in concert with credit union strategy by identifying, prioritizing and gaining buy-in for new products and enhancements.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.



Qualifications

What you will need

High school diploma or GED.

Bachelor's degree in related field. Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.

3 years of experience in Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.

Pragmatic/Product Marketing certification preferred.

Financial institution experience preferred.

A positive attitude and creativity to generate new insight and ideas in an environment of constant change.

A high energy, can-do attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get things done.

Proven ability to work across teams and with all levels of management.

Experience managing multiple priorities at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Strong multi-tasking and the ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Ability to work independently to conduct research, perform analysis and synthesize data into a cohesive picture.

KeyStone, OnBase and Jira experience.
