Who you are…

The Sr. Product Manager will oversee a large portfolio of products.  They are responsible for the long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, and launch of products and product enhancements that provide exceptional experiences to members and create member value.  Using insights from the industry, competitors, and members, they create stategic product roadmaps and develop new products that enhance the member experience throughout the entire product lifecycle.  They work across the entire business to successfully implement new products and product enhancements.   The successful candidate should have demonstrated success managing multiple products, preferably in financial services.

A typical week might include the following...

Works with lines of business to develops strategies for new products and product enhancements by discovering opportunities to create member value, validating market fit, creating product roadmaps and strategies, creating business cases, requirements, and plans to hand off to development teams

Works with lines of business to execute the development and launch of new products and product enhancements.

For a large portfolio of products, examines product performance based on internal and external insights, including internal data, competitive analysis, win-loss analysis, and direct member feedback to discover opportunities for product enhancements, new products, or product retirement.

Partners with Information Technology in the identification and resolution of product related defects, conducting new product testing related to system releases or product changes

This role might be for you if you have...

4 years of Product Management experience managing a portfolio with multiple products.

2 years Financial Services Industry Experience, particularly with lending products. 

Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Direct experience leading change initiatives in a large organization

Demonstrated success at developing and executing product development and enhancement strategies

A positive attitude and creativity to generate new insight and ideas in an environment of constant change.

Advanced problem-solving ability

Creates/Maintains strong relationship with peers and others to achieve objectives. Builds effective relationships

Ability to present complex or controversial topics to individuals and groups of all sizes, as well as the ability to influence all levels of management.

Ability to build a plan to achieve determined end results.

Bonus points if you have...

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or Marketing.

Master’s in business or related field.
