The Product Analyst provides information and insight on complex financial products that will drive organizational decisions and strategies. Working cross-functionally, the Product Analyst will conduct research and perform analysis to uncover product opportunities and formulate innovative solutions that deliver value and create exceptional experiences for members.
What you will do here
Focus on creating value for members; Research, identify and analyze the needs and experiences of buyers and users of products.
Perform market analysis of the competitive financial landscape including emerging trends, product details and pricing changes to identify challenges and opportunities.
Prepare product information and trend reports by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data; evaluate and report internal product performance metrics; summarize and present final conclusions to internal teams and senior management.
Assist Product Managers and cross functional project teams to deliver new products and services to the production environment. Execute product testing related to new products and product changes.
Provide product subject matter expertise and help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you will need
High school diploma or GED.
2 to 4 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Business acumen with proven ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
Written and oral communication skills, including ability to influence partners and drive consensus.
Working knowledge of design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Keystone, OnBase and Jira.
Robust analytical and research skills along with experience working with data in a highly analytic environment
Ability to effectively analyze data and understand/communicate key insights.
Advanced problem solving ability.
Continuous learning with respect to current trends, practices, regulations, and technology in the financial services industry.
Experience managing multiple priorities at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Strong multi-tasking and the ability to meet deadlines.
