The Inbound Program Manager is responsible for strategy and management of inbound programs and channels, including Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

A typical week might include the following...
Planning and execution of Desert Financial’s PPC media, including but not limited to: Paid Search, Retargeting, Paid Social, and Online Video and Display.
Optimize Bids, Keywords, and Budgets of individual campaigns. Work with sales teams to monitor the quality, quantity, and stage of leads. Explore and plans new opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing E-Commerce Program Manager and Creative Director to drive the credit union’s SEO strategy and implementation. Incorporate web team to plan, communicate, and implement strategy.
Partner with the Marketing E-Commerce manager on A/B test campaigns and landing pages to increase funnel velocity, Ad Quality, SEM rankings, and conversions.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
This role might be for you if you have...
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5 years of Pay Per Click, Search Engine, and B2B or B2C Marketing Experience.
Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong familiarity with SEO/SEM and keyword searches.
Able to coordinate development of content and program deliverables with in-house and external teams.
Able to develop and execute digital marketing strategies including website, PPC, SEM, advertising, etc.
Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Bonus points if you have...
Financial Services marketing experience.
Google Ads Certification, Bing Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification.
