As a Teller at Desert Financial, you are the face of the credit union and an essential key to its success. You are welcoming and build relationships with our Consumers (Members) to provide exceptional experiences. You are extremely passionate about helping people with their financial success.


What you will do here:

Provide exceptional experiences with a high level of integrity, professionalism and charisma, while making the consumer feel welcome while learning about their financial needs in effort to pair them with the appropriate products. 

With an eye for detail, you must accurately process consumer inquiries and financial transactions. This includes, but is not limited to; withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, and loan payments, 

Effectively communicate the value of being a Credit Union consumer by offering products and services to enhance the consumer’s financial stability. 

Individually contribute to the overall branch and service expectations while maintaining a team mindset. 

Adhere to established compliance & organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures. 

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


What you will need:

1 years in a customer service and sales environment.

Cash handling & Financial Institution experience preferred.

Strong computer literacy, data entry, & typing skills

Strong mathematical and logic skills. 

Exemplary organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. 

Highly detail oriented.
