A typical week might include the following...
Processing incoming requests such as Pay by Phone payments, copy requests, account maintenance, monetary transactions, and fee reversals.
Processing fax requests and mail (incoming and outgoing).
Managing supply ordering for Contact Center Operations.
Researching and follow up on administrative items missing key member information.
Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
This role might be for you if you have...
1 year contact center or clerical experience.
Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel)
Availability to work between 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Bonus points if you have...
Financial Services or Call Center experience.
