Job Description

The Mortgage Loan Servicing Administrator provides support for all mortgage loans.  The Administrator performs back office duties related to the servicing of Desert Financial mortgage loan products while providing exceptional experiences.   

 

? Direct interaction with members, credit union staff, and 3rd party vendors through phone and email channels on existing loans in FICS - Mortgage Servicing, Cadence, and Keystone platforms while meeting a 24 hour turnaround service response time.  

? Performs system maintenance and handles inquiries regarding loan payoffs, subordinations, loan modifications, promotional skip payments, verification of loans, and loan payment adjustments.

? Payment processing, payment reversals and research

? Administration of ancillary products and other general loan maintenance

? End of day balancing of financial transactions

? Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Experience: 

? Years of related experience required: 1 year  

? Specific type of related experience required for this role: Experience in a Financial Institution servicing or referring lending products. 

 

? Specific type of related experience preferred for this role: Real Estate Lending and Servicing experience. 

 

 

Skills and/or Knowledge: 

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with consistent follow through. 

? Consistently displays accuracy and strong attention to detail. 

? Ability to exercise sound judgment and time management skills.

? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

? Knowledge of Keystone, Cadence, and CRIFAction
