Member Assistance Center Business Services Rep
As a Business Services Representative at Desert Financial Credit Union, you will provide answers to any questions and concerns that current or potential business member may have within the Member Assistance Call Center (MAC). Desert Financial prides itself on providing stellar service and innovative products to its customers, and taking an active role in community outreach and education efforts in the valley and beyond.
What you'll do here:
Assists members with installing and troubleshooting business products, services and accounts.
Find opportunities to cross-sell products and services specific to the needs of our business members.
Initiate Business Remote Deposit Capture applications as well as completing the specific credit request forms.
Ensure all applications adhere to policy, exhibit sound judgment and are well documented to support the outcome.
Research to determine if the member meets all the established underwriting criteria/guidelines and is within compliance.
Utilize all resources provided to be self-sufficient and ensure first call resolution.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
1-2 years in a call center environment or financial services environment with sales experience.
High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree); or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Business product knowledge and/or a background in financial services is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to demonstrate group presentation skills.
Polished research skills that will be heavily utilized to locate and comprehend procedures in a timely manner.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
