As a Member Advocate at Desert Financial, you will build member relationships and provide financial solutions while achieving individual and branch goals. Assist members to meet financial needs by recommending or selling credit union products and solutions.
Open and process member accounts such as checking, savings, money market, IRA's, mutual funds, auto loans, mortgage loans, home equity loans, credit cards, cashier checks, money orders, bonds & coupons, safe deposit, and other related financial services.
Perform sound member service for inquiries and may assist with complex cases.
Verify information for identification and fraud prevention on items presented for deposit or withdrawal.
Explain and offer Desert Financial Credit Union products and services to current and prospective members.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
1 years in a sales/service role within the financial services industry.
Proven sales success and ability to drive results through effective delivery of products and services to members.
Knowledge of consumer and business financial industry concepts and products.
Displays passion, excitement, and optimism to work with our members.
It is a requirement of this position that individuals be registered though the National Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS). This can happen post-hire if you are not already registered.
