Job Description

As an eBranch Member Advocate at Desert Financial, you will build member relationships and provide financial solutions while achieving individual and branch goals. Desert Financial prides itself on providing stellar service and innovative products to its customers, and taking an active role in community outreach and education efforts in the valley and beyond.

 

What you’ll do here:

Provide assistance to members by responding to inquiries, identifying needs, educating, and offering financial solutions.

Provide service transactions through a high level of integrity, professionalism and charisma.

Perform sound member service for inquiries and may assist with complex cases.

Identify opportunities to introduce members to new products and services while cross-selling and generating leads for other members of the sales team or Desert Financial partners.

Perform other job related duties as assigned.

 

What you’ll need:

1 year of experience in customer service and sales environment, call center or contact center experience preferred.

1 year of experience in financial services industry preferred.

Proven sales success and the ability to drive results through effective delivery of products and services to members.

Displays passion, excitement, and optimism to work with our members.

It is a requirement of this position that individuals will be registered though the National Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS).
