A typical week might include the following...
Create new campaigns and marketing strategies by selecting accurate targets, tactics, and channels based on strategy, insights, and membership planning.
Utilize campaigns to on-board new members, sell additional products, increase member loyalty, retention, and financial capacity.
Optimize existing campaigns to improve performance and effectiveness.
Ensure that content is optimized based on marketing strategy and promoted in the correct channels for maximum effectiveness as part of a content optimization team.
Work with leaders across the business to ensure campaigns and strategies are aligned with organizational and line of business goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This role might be right for you if you have...
H.S. Diploma or GED.
2 years of experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns, social media management, brand or customer outreach strategy.
Financial Services or B2B marketing experience.
Ability to develop and maintain key business relationships, collaborate and work in a cross-functional environment.
Working knowledge and experience in project and program management.
Working knowledge of sales and marketing platforms, including Marketing Automation, CRM, and CMS.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
Bonus points if you have...
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
