As a Marketing Analyst, you support data imports, list generation, return on investment calculations (ROI), reporting, and other marketing and data integrity functions.

 

A typical week might include the following...

Utilize multiple systems and data points in order to support research requests for the various marketing programs and member research. Communicate data results to marketing staff in addition to researching and supporting general marketing program-related questions.

Support diverse marketing and sales campaigns through data uploads, monthly and quarterly calculations, system testing, marketing system upgrades, and monthly membership changes.

Research data in various systems to analyze member trends and overall marketing integrity.

Review and create miscellaneous supporting data files including Sales call lists and marketing email lists. Support ongoing changes to the marketing database.

Support the Marketing team with writing requirements, developing test cases, validating the performance of each system, and developing procedures, training, and job aids.

Translate complex and detailed data from multiple sources into clear, concise insight and reports for use in larger business plans. Create and maintain monthly reports and/or dashboards, reporting organizational results and marketing results in easy to consume formats.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

 

This role might be for you if you have...

High School Diploma or GED

2 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data in a business setting (data analyst, financial analyst, business analyst, etc)

Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. (Extract, compile, and manipulate data, merge and format lists, create, and present reports.)

 

Bonus points if you have...

1 Year(s) Experience using marketing systems (Google Analytics, marketing automation etc) or other relational databases

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Experience tracking sales and/or marketing metrics and the administration of sales and marketing systems and programs.

Financial Services experience, including knowledge of banking products, systems, policies/procedures, and regulations.
