As the Titles Manager, you oversee the daily activities of the Credit Union's Certified Third Party MVD Titles Department; showing flexibility when responding to business needs, and communicating effectively when presented with complex situations.
A typical day might include the following...
Lead and develop the Titles Team in order to maintain a high level of production, quality, and member satisfaction. Balance team workload, schedules, and day-to-day operations of the department.
Monitor quality of performance ensuring employees stay within guidelines and adhere to Credit Union and AZ MVD policies. Ensure the team aligns with the rules and regulations regarding use of MVD computers and processing of titles, registrations, and other MVD equipment.
Track and report the status of expected title pipelines to ensure timely receipt of the packets and titles from branches, dealers, and members. Manage and report on teams/individual production standards.
Ensure timely title lien perfection and UCC filing is processed in accordance with service level agreement metrics and state/county statutes.
Manage ongoing vendor relationships and communicate with internal customers, external clients/vendors, and members to ensure an exceptional member experience and provide a clear understanding of departmental responsibilities.
Support lending compliance needs and stays apprised of AZ Department of Motor Vehicle regulations, including but not limited to Reg Z, Reg B, TILA, RESPA, etc. Ensure Title processors obtain and annually renew their AZ Motor Vehicle RACF certification.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
This role might be for you if you have...
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
4 years Title, MVD, or related experience.
1 year of leadership Experience
RACF/MVD Certification required within 90 days of hire.
Detailed and technical knowledge of title work, titles processing, and MVD systems and requirements.
Bonus points if you have...
1 year(s) of experience with Consumer Lending products and processes.
