Loan Servicing Admin
The Consumer Loan Servicing Administrator provides support for all consumer product lines. The Consumer Loan Servicing Administrator performs back office duties related to the servicing of Desert Financial consumer loan products while providing exceptional experiences.
What you will do here:
? Directly interact with members, dealerships, credit union staff, and 3rd party vendors through phone and email channels on existing loans in the Keystone platform while meeting a 24 hour turnaround service response time.
? Perform system maintenance and handles inquiries regarding home equity payoffs, home equity lien releases, auto loan payoffs, subordinations, loan modifications, promotional skip payments, verification of loans, and loan payment adjustments.
? Administration of ancillary products and other general loan maintenance.
? Payment processing, payment reversals and research.
? End of day balancing of financial transactions.
? Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
? High school diploma or GED.
? 1 years of experience in General Consumer and Real Estate Lending.
? Prior experience servicing Consumer Loan Products preferred.
? Knowledge of lending products that includes purchases and refinances of many different types of collateral as well as unsecured products.
? Knowledge of the technical aspects of various types of loans across the lending spectrum.
? Strong verbal communication, computer and telephone skills.
? Knowledge of Keystone and CRIFAction preferred.
? Proficient in the use Microsoft Office products.
? The candidate must understand that follow through is critical along with accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to exercise strong judgment and time management skills.
