Who you are...

You easily develop and maintain relationships via phone with clients and both internal and external members through strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. You work effectively both independently and in a team environment, staying organized and accurate in an atmosphere with multiple projects, shifting priorities, & deadline pressures. You meet both clients' objectives/ needs, and individual and program goals, providing wealth management services to existing clients and identifying beneficial referral opportunities to the Financial Advisor team.

This role will be registered with Raymond James Financial and will conduct business on behalf of the Investments & Financial Services program.

A typical week might include the following...

Consult with clients over the phone/via Zoom/in-person to provide advice and identify products/strategies available based on the clients’ financial needs and goals that are in the clients’ best interest. 

Identify client sales opportunities, consistently following up, and offering additional services to benefit the client. 

Build and maintain client relationships, providing ongoing client service within client service model expectations. 

Participate in, and facilitate on-going business development activities, consumer education, and Credit Union employee training.

Perform client account maintenance, system data entry, CRM updates/ documentation, and process client paperwork and transactions. 

Ensure standards of Federal and State regulatory agencies are met while adhering to the written policies and procedures of the broker/dealer and the Financial Institution.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

This role might be for you if you have...

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of client service/support experience

2 years of financial industry experience

1 years of limited sales, phone sales and service experience. 

Series 7 - General Securities Representative Qualification

Series 66 - Uniform Combined State Law, or both Series 63 & Series 65 

Proven sales skills in insurance or related field exceeding sales quotas/goals

Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

AZ Life/Health Insurance license (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
