A typical week might include the following...

Support MA staff in gathering required loan related information from approved members to prepare for processing and closing. Upload necessary information to loan template and communicate with the MSR to finalize the loan process. Prepare and email pre-approval letters.

Be compatible with Desert Financial members and non-members via the online chat channel by answering questions related to new membership, loans and other Desert Financial products. Convert chat leads into sales leads for the Member Advocates.

Disperse qualified leads to the MA's received through multiple channels.

Audit all new accounts set up by department MA’s to ensure all documents have been completed accurately and there are not errors associated with the application process.

Work to ensure that all online new accounts applications are decisioned in a timely and accurate manner. Review credit reports and other credit related information to evaluate if the applicant meets the established qualifications for membership with Desert Financial Credit Union.

Process account applications and follow up with members to complete the account origination process.

Suggest/develop improvements in execution to make the on boarding process more efficient for all parties involved in the process. Build and maintain eBranch procedures as needed.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

This role might be for you if you have the following..

High school diploma or GED.

1 years of Administrative, Teller, Business, Banking, and/or Financial experience.

Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Ability to take initiative

Ability to work independently

Call Center experience preferred.

Experience with APPRO, Action, Salesforce, and/or Keystone preferred.

Bonus points if you have:

Understanding of the credit life cycle and credit worthiness based on reviewing consumer credit reports.

Knowledge of a wide range of consumer and business products including savings, checking, home equity, mortgage, investments, insurance and ancillary products and services.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Understanding of call center lead management and distribution.

Experience as a Credit Analyst responsible for approving consumers for new accounts or loan related products preferred.
