The Member Assistance Center (MAC) Representative will assist customers (members) that call or contact the credit union to ensure world class service is delivered according to Desert Financial Credit Union's vision and core values. The MAC Representative will have a passion to serve our customers in a patient, cooperative manner while adhering to guidelines and working in a stable, consistent environment.
What you'll do here:
Respond to customer (member) inquiries, troubleshooting needs and financial transactions in lively manner while displaying a sincere level of care. This includes, but is not limited to; account management needs and online/mobile banking needs.
Assist customers that call or contact the credit union to ensure world class service is delivered with a high level of integrity, professionalism and charisma, while making the customer feels welcomed while learning about their financial needs in effort to pair them with the appropriate products.
Provide solutions in an efficient manner that meet the department's expectations regarding agent satisfaction, service levels, first contact resolutions and transfers.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
High School Diploma or GED, required
1 year experience working in a sales and service contact center role, required.
Financial Institution Contact Center experience, preferred.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service and interacting with customers in a service and sales environment.
Strong verbal & written communications skills.
Displays passion, excitement, and optimism to work with our members.
