Job Description

The Member Assistance Center (MAC) Representative assists members that contact the credit union ensuring world class service. The MAC Representative has a passion to serve, and maintains Desert Financial Credit Union's vision and core values with every interaction.

What you'll do here:

Assist members with inquiries, troubleshooting and financial transactions in a patient, cooperative manner while adhering to Credit Union guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to; account management and online/mobile banking needs. Navigate multiple system screens and accurately document each members account.

Provide solutions in an efficient manner that meet the department's expectations regarding member satisfaction, service levels, first contact resolution and transfer rate.

Inquire about members financial needs and demonstrate knowledge of Credit Union products and services by pairing them with the appropriate solution, consistently displaying a high level of integrity, professionalism and charisma.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

What you'll need:
High School Diploma or GED, required

1 year experience working in a sales and service contact center role, required.

Financial Institution Contact Center experience, preferred.

Ability to provide outstanding customer service and interacting with customers in a service and sales environment.

Strong verbal & written communications skills.

Displays passion, excitement, and optimism to work with our members.
