What you will do here:
Work in collaboration with HRIS team to help design business rules for HCM and other source systems.
Partner with business to solicit/define/document functional requirements, recommend viable solutions, produce/maintain relevant deliverables, configure changes, and lead/coordinate testing on critical project tasks, enhancements, and provide resolutions for complex production support issues.
Work with HR Ops project team and implementation partners to support various HR projects, deliverables, improvement initiatives, and organizational objectives.
Conduct gap analysis, provide impact assessments, and make recommendations that offer workable, efficient options to users.
Produce high quality documentation, including business requirements, procedural documentation, operational and process flow documents, and test scripts.
Support system configurations and updates working with the HRIS team.
Maintain accurate and updated configuration documentation.
Define specifications, support, and monitor applicable integrations (with both core systems and 3rd party vendors).
Manage one or more system areas and modules by evaluating the current system’s functional configuration and proactively locate and correct potential problems.
Work with team members to meet all service level agreements.
Develop the communication, training and adoption strategy to support change management in the organization in collaboration with HR and implementation partners.
What you will need:
High School Diploma or G.E.D required Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology or related field preferred.
3 Years of experience in a corporate HR system support role required.
3 years’ experience with data reporting, analytics and managing system implementations required.
2 Broad knowledge of HR practices, including data reporting and analytics required.
1 year of project management experience required.
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of staff and management required.
Confidence in leading medium sized project teams and meetings required.
Attention to detail and ability to work across functions required.
Ability to prioritize work within time constraints required.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills required.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills required.
Experience with data analysis & project methodologies required.
Demonstrate expertise with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point, and/or Visio) required.
