The Director of Talent Acquisition will collaborate with the AVP of Talent to build, manage and execute talent solutions enabling a culture of excellence and engagement. They will implement strategies to cultivate a premier candidate experience, optimize team performance, and serve as a valued partner to all lines of business and credit union service organizations.

What you will do here: 

Provide leadership to the Talent Acquisition Team through consistent feedback and mentor-ship.

Identify innovative strategies to attract top talent utilizing recruiting technology, staying in line with industry trends. Enhance, deliver and maintain recruitment processes, procedures, tools and vendor relationships.

Foster consultative relationships among leadership teams and HR partners in order to successfully execute hiring solutions that directly support business objectives.

Establish and manage performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for internal delivery that ensure both a high quality of hire, and client satisfaction. Implement reporting solutions, incorporating key metrics to share and present to leadership teams and partners.

Implement marketing, talent activities, and/or events to build and engage a consistent pipeline. Maintain the knowledge and flexibility to recruit for all positions, particularly those most critical to the organization.

Support compliance efforts within Talent to align with federal and state legislation.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.

10 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition building and managing teams.

Proven people management and leadership skills; passionate about helping and empowering others.

Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.

Excellent communication skill and cultural awareness.

Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
