A typical week might include the following:
People management. Since you will be leading our Learning and Development-Design Team, you’ll be frequently providing feedback, coaching and mentoring to your team to ensure that they have the roadmap for success. You’ll be objectively measuring performance through Kirkpatrick levels of measurement.
Partner & influencer. As a Big Thinker, you’ll be collaborating with HR Business Partners and lines of business leadership to develop and execute both long-term and short-term learning solutions that directly support and enable strategic objectives, thus driving employee performance. You’ll ensure the implementation of effective learning programs to promote the culture, exemplify our core values and get results.
Curricula governance and design. Using an iterative approach, you will consistently be evaluating and testing the L&D framework, ensuring that learning needs are successfully being met across all business units. Your passion to help others achieve their full potential will drive the performance of the Learning and Development-Design team to innovate and continually increase the team’s business impact on the organization.
This role might be right for you if you have:
10 years of in depth experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools and instructional design development.
10 years of proven success leading a team focused on delivery, design and development programs.
10 years experience with adult-learning practices, program management, curriculum development, measurement, and evaluation.
Bonus points if you have:
Broader HR experience beyond the minimum years of L&D focus
Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Human Resources
