As the CRM Director, you’ll define and implement a strategy that transforms Sales and Service technology (CRM), streamlines the selling process, generates analytics, monitors key lead indicators, and drives operational usage of CRM. You’ll lead the CRM team, leveraging best practices in sales technology /product design to partner with business leaders and Business Enablement, and empower sales/ service teams to achieve and sustain sales growth, increase pipeline velocity, improve member retention, and strengthen employee engagement and the member experience.

A typical week might include the following...

Collaborate with business leaders to build a vision for sales technology transformation future state and defining milestones to get to the future state.

Identify process standardization and improvements within the sales lifecycle and develop innovative solutions that drive efficiencies and product improvements; partnering with IT to design, implement, and automate solutions.

Lead cross-functional coordination and design of technology solutions across Sales, Service Delivery, Research and Marketing; establishing the integration of sales, service, and marketing systems.

Support the design and implementation of technology for each sales channel, partnering with Sales and Service Leaders, IT, and Business Enablement to support change management and training for all levels.

Combine technology, process, and strategy in order to enable business units to easily provide an exceptional experience across all lines of business. Prioritize processes and features; building tools, and drive user adoption.

Improve Sales Analytics capability and streamline the use of insight delivering an integrated vision, seamless transfer of information, and cohesive view of member data and journey in order to prioritize sales execution and standardize data across teams, and provide insights into how to help with the right solution, for the right member, at the right time. 

Cultivate strong and mutually respectful relationships across the organization and partner with business leaders to solve complex problems and identify technology improvement opportunities.

Support the development and/or review of departmental business system requirements and business systems scope/design documents, technical design documents, customer acceptance test plans, and post-implementation plans. Acts as subject matter expert in technology-related contractual requirements.

Act as a subject matter expert in technology-related contractual requirements and compliance of strategy and document content within requirements. Review deliverables produced by other team members.

This role might be for you if you have...

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

5 years’ experience in the design, analysis, programming, implementation, and configuration management of a CRM system.

5 years of business and systems analysis.

3 years of experience in a role that required contact with vendors and clients in various disciplines.

Product management and innovation discipline.

Demonstrated success in project management/leadership roles using rigorous system development methodology and project management best practices. 

Ability to communicate and present technical information to business executives and a non-technical audience.  

Bonus points if you have…

A mix of consulting and retail banking experience.

Experience with Sales Enablement.
