Contact Center Member Advocate
As an eBranch Member Advocate at Desert Financial, you will build member relationships and provide financial solutions while achieving individual and branch goals. What you’ll do here:
Assist members to meet financial needs by recommending or selling credit union products and solutions.
Open and process member accounts such as checking, savings, money market, IRA’s, mutual funds, auto loans, mortgage loans, home equity loans, credit cards, and other related financial services.
Conduct assessments with clients to determine financial needs and makes appropriate recommendations.
Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate service in response to client requests, inquiries, or problems by researching and identifying positive solutions.
Verify information for identification and fraud prevention on items presented for deposit or withdrawal.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
High School Diploma or GED.
1 Years of experience in customer service and sales environment, call center or contact center experience preferred.
1 Years of experience in financial services industry preferred.
Proven sales success and ability to drive results through effective delivery of products and services to members.
Knowledge of the consumer and business financial industry concepts and products.
Displays passion, excitement, and optimism to work with our members.
It is a requirement of this position that individuals be registered though the National Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS). This can happen post-hire if you are not already registered.
