Consumer Loan Processor

When processing consumer and express business loans your strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through ensures exceptional service, and productivity standards and met.
A typical week might include the following...
Review, confirm, and process all supporting loan documents align with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and raise potential fraud or red flags within the application.
Gather and verify missing documents, insurance information, payoffs, or other information needed to complete the loan application, process information, and finalize the loan process.
Manage any questions/issues that arise during all stages of the process. Contact and provide support to members, credit union staff, or third party vendors to develop, expand, and maintain positive relationships, providing timely, efficient, and accurate assistance.
Ensure documents/recreated documents are dated, signed, and completed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Generate documents on express business loans and coordinate/schedule closings with members and branch support personnel.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
This role might be for you if you have...
High school diploma or GED.
1 years of Consumer Lending experience.
Ability to prioritize daily workloads, and to decide which issues to call out to supervisors/managers.
Proficient in the use of Keystone and CRIF ACTion as well as Microsoft Office products.
Bonus points if you have...
General real estate knowledge.
