Consumer Loan Processor II
You are organized and accurate, and take pride in providing exceptional service to our members and frontline staff. As a Consumer Loan Processor II, you process home equity and consumer loans, review documents for accuracy, service internal/external members and third-party vendors, and maintain adjustments and revisions throughout the loan lifecycle.
Prepare documents for consumer and home equity loans that originate through frontline channels and properly distribute all disclosures.
Analyze documents and information to ensure accuracy and validity, and obtain required or missing items needed to meet established guidelines.
Act as a point of contact for internal/external members and vendors, and assist with questions/issues that arise during all stages of the loan process.
Recreate documents as necessary and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Inform members and staff of next steps and obtain the necessary information/documents needed to close the loan.
Coordinate a closing time, prepare loan documents and forward the branch closing instructions
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED.
3 years of consumer lending and real-estate lending experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Proficient in the use of Keystone and CRIF ACTion
