Consumer Loan Processor II
Who You Are:
A quick thinking multitasker who takes pride in the delivery of detailed and accurate work. Strong acumen around processing of Home Equity and Consumer loans and a love of providing exceptional experiences for our members and frontline staff. A strong communicator with a desire to work with third party vendors related to consumer and home equity processing such as appraisers and title companies.
A typical day might include the following:
Processing. Prepare documents for consumer and home equity loans that originate through frontline channels and properly distribute all disclosures. Analyze the presented information to ensure accuracy and validity, while also obtaining all required documentation that will be needed to meet established credit union guidelines.
Servicing. Assist members and credit union staff via telephone and email to provide support and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the loan process. Follow up with necessary parties to discuss next steps as well as request necessary information/documents needed to close the loan. Provide assistance with any questions/issues that arise during all stages of the process including the closing where recreating documents can occur and must do so in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinating Closing. Prepare the loan documents, coordinate a closing time and forward the branch closing instructions.

This role might be for you if:
3 years of processing or real estate experience
Ability to multi-task is a must, as well as possessing strong verbal communication, computer and telephone skills
Ability to prioritize daily workloads, and to decide which issues to escalate to supervisors/managers
Follow through is critical along with accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to exercise strong judgment and time management skills
Strong member service skills, professionalism and ability to handle difficult situations
Proficient in the use of Keystone and CRIF ACTion as well as Microsoft Office products
