As an eBranch Member Advocate, a typical week might include the following...
Assist members to meet financial needs by recommending or selling credit union products and solutions through various electronic and digital channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
Open and process member accounts such as checking, savings, money market, IRA’s, mutual funds, auto loans, mortgage loans, home equity loans, credit cards, and other related financial services.
Conduct assessments with clients to determine financial needs and make appropriate recommendations.
Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate service in response to client requests, inquiries, or problems by researching and identifying positive solutions.
Verify information for identification and fraud prevention on items presented for deposit or withdrawal.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
This role might be for you if you have...
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of proven success in a sales environment.
Ability to get results through effective delivery of products and services to members.
Bonus points if you have:
Customer Service or sales experience in customer service in a call center or contact center.
Experience in financial services industry.
It is a requirement of this position that individuals be registered though the National Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS). This can happen post-hire if you are not already registered.
