AVP Marketing Operations & Insights
What you'll do here:
Hire, lead, and develop a high performing team focused on marketing automation tools that interface with CRM systems; support marketing demand generation programs; and develop standard and custom reports and dashboards to refine and advance strategy for assessing impact of marketing programs, KPIs, and processes to track progress and improve marketing effectiveness.
Lead strategic insights to help us walk in the shoes of our member and apply this insight to drive major initiatives and uncover new opportunities related to corporate strategy through both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Own the strategy, implementation, selection, enhancement, and maintenance of all marketing technology solutions, including but not limited to, business intelligence, project management, marketing automation, and relational databases.
Collaborate with Marketing Management to identify and implement processes to increase sales opportunities and sales cycle efficiencies through database management and refined lead management strategies.
Define, communicate, and implement new features and functionality within the marketing automation platform with the goal of continuously enhancing Sales/Marketing processes.
Interface with IT and Salesforce.com to understand processes and source systems. Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis, list management, and lead processes in Salesforce.com.
Define, build, manage, and maintain business analytics reporting with the ability to successfully create dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, & overall business performance, including aggregation of data from multiple source systems.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
8 years of B2B marketing experience.
5 years of experience leading and developing high performing teams focused on marketing automation and reporting/analysis.
Experience leading research related to customer wants, needs and journey.
Marketing campaign execution, segmentation and campaign building within a marketing automation system, and lead management process development and execution.
Lead lifecycle management experience preferred.
Financial Services experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com. Admin level knowledge is a plus.
Project and Program Management experience.
System Administrator level knowledge and skill in marketing automation systems such as Eloqua or Tableau.
Expert knowledge of business intelligence, reporting or dashboard applications.
Ability to manage projects of the highest quality of work and deliverables for internal/external customers, superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Not afraid to get your hands dirty and inspiring others by and jumping in and doing it yourself.
Able to collaborate in a cross-functional environment and manage both client and team needs to produce the best results for both side and develop and maintain key business relationships.
Ability to assess the needs or stakeholders and produce focused reports and visuals that foster insights into effectiveness of campaigns.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
